MAX LEAMY
Max is an outgoing, empathetic tutor whose approach to teaching is systematic. He typically reviews content, explains key topics, and demonstrates examples to help students obtain a deep understanding of material. He then encourages them to practice in order to master what they are learning. Max is both patient and encouraging as he tries to build a student’s confidence. At Georgia Tech, Max founded the school’s jiu jitsu club. He also volunteers with an organization to help raise future guide dogs. Max’s long-term plan is to attend medical school, after which he anticipates a career in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine.
