Charles Mendels, Esq., is the Co-Founder and Head Tutor of Access Test Prep & Tutoring. Charles was a litigator for seven years at Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering, one of the leading law firms in Washington, D.C., and then a teacher at a private middle and high school in the Philadelphia area. Charles was a senior tutor for several years for the largest and preeminent one-on-one standardized test tutoring company in New York City. His areas of tutoring include the SAT, PSAT, ACT, SAT Subject Tests in Math, Literature, and World History, SSAT, ISEE, LSAT, GMAT, GRE, and MCAT Verbal Reasoning, as well as academic Math, Writing, History, Economics, and various Law School courses. Charles has scored in the 99th percentile on every test he tutors, including all of the above.
Charles has helped thousands of students prepare for a broad range of standardized tests and academic challenges. His students have gained access, and at times early admission, to Harvard, Emory, the University of Georgia, the University of Pennsylvania, Tulane, UNC Chapel Hill, Brown, Cornell, Georgetown, NYU, Northwestern, Wesleyan, Stanford, and Yale to name a few.
Charles is a magna cum laude graduate of Brown University and Columbia University Law School. At Columbia, he was Managing Editor of the Columbia Law Review, a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and a Teaching Assistant for law classes in Civil Procedure and Property. Charles clerked for the Honorable Douglas H. Ginsburg, a Supreme Court nominee and former Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
Given his love of teaching, his gift for motivating and inspiring young people toward achieving their goals, and the overwhelming success that his students have enjoyed, Charles has designed a proprietary one-on-one tutoring model. He and his team offer tutoring in our Atlanta office and, for students outside the Atlanta area, via Skype.

Elaine Rosenblum, Esq., is the Co-Founder of Access Test Prep & Tutoring and the Founder of ProForm U® and its Resume, Interview & Negotiation Prep program at Access Test Prep. She is an attorney, consultant, and corporate marketing veteran with extensive experience teaching students and executives the strategy and art of Collaborative Negotiation and Communication.
Since 2001, Elaine has taught thousands of students, corporate executives, attorneys, bankers, physicians, and engineers the invaluable professional practice of Collaborative Negotiation. In doing so, she has helped many to collaboratively navigate the college and grad school interview process and the world of corporate politics, as well as to achieve career advancement, significant increases in compensation, and the jobs of their choosing.
Elaine fell in love with tutoring as a high school junior volunteering to tutor 4th graders in an under-served school. She so enjoyed the teaching experience that tutoring was the topic of her college application essays. In short, Elaine has come full circle.
More recently, Elaine’s academic career has included teaching Collaborative Negotiation as part of NYU’s Conflict and Dispute Resolution Program and post-graduate Collaborative Negotiation classes at Baruch College. She also taught high school students Collaborative Bargaining Skills as part of the Leadership in Law Program at Columbia University and has guest lectured at Emory University School of Law and Georgia Tech. Prior to and during law school, Elaine spent over a decade partnering with Fortune 500 marketing teams while working at global advertising agencies and on the corporate side in consumer marketing.
Given her gift for teaching Collaborative Communication and helping students and professionals achieve their academic and career goals, Elaine's consulting firm, ProForm U, has designed a proprietary one-on-one Resume, Interview, and Negotiation Prep model and offers it as part of Access Test Prep & Tutoring.
